Without any doubt, our possibilities of manufacturing are reinforced with four extrusion presses (1.300 ton. 1.600 ton. 2.500 ton.) and a very modern BREDA press of 3200 ton. This powerful machinery works with profiles of a minimum weight of 350 gr. and a maximum weight of 20 kg. a metre with a radius of a maxumum diameter of 390 mm.The interaction of the four extrusion presses is due to the Extrugasa capacity of being able to manufacture 85 ton a day; this makes us be leaders in manufacturing aluminium profiles. It is obvious that each extrusion press is perfectly designed and adapted to obtain the best result regarding quality and quantity, offering the customer the best integral solution in aluminum.
